We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and profile details when you create an account. We also automatically collect usage data, device information, IP addresses, and cookies when you interact with our platform. For billing, we collect payment information through our secure Stripe integration, though we never store your full card number.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide, maintain, and improve the Seke3 platform; send you service-related communications including account updates and security alerts; process payments and manage your subscription; analyze usage patterns to improve our features; respond to your inquiries and support requests; and comply with legal obligations.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with trusted service providers (such as payment processors, email providers, and cloud infrastructure) who assist us in operating the platform, subject to strict confidentiality agreements. We may disclose your information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for data in transit, AES-256 encryption for data at rest, regular security audits, role-based access controls, and secure data centers. While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account closure, we retain data for 90 days before deletion to allow for recovery requests. Some information may be retained longer when required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.

We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience, maintain sessions, analyze usage, and remember preferences. Essential cookies are required for the platform to function. Analytics cookies (which you may opt out of) help us understand how the platform is used. Seke3 is based in the United States. If you access our platform from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers in compliance with applicable laws, including GDPR for users in the European Economic Area.
9. Children's Privacy
Seke3 is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately at privacy@seke3.com and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated notice on our platform and by email (for registered users) at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
