Can't join an association

Invalid join code

1. Double-check the code your admin gave you. Codes are case-sensitive.
2. Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the code.
3. Ask your admin to confirm the code is still active.

Already joined but can't see the association

1. Log out and log back in.
2. If you have multiple associations, use the association switcher in the sidebar.
3. If your admin suspended your account, contact them to reactivate it.

Admin says they invited you but you didn't get an email

1. Check your spam folder.
2. Ask the admin to resend the invitation.
3. Make sure the admin has your correct email address.
4. You can also join directly by going to Join an Association and entering the code.
