Send automated reminders

Payment reminders

Seke3 can automatically email members who have overdue obligations:

1. Go to Settings and enable Automatic Payment Reminders.
2. Choose how often reminders are sent (e.g., every 7 days).
3. Members with outstanding dues receive a polite email with their balance and a payment link.

Meeting follow-ups

When a member misses meetings repeatedly (based on your follow-up threshold), they're flagged on the Attendance page. You can then send a personalized follow-up.

Registry deadline reminders

For donation drives and registry items with deadlines:

1. When creating a registry item, enable Auto Remind.
2. Set how many days before the deadline to remind members.
3. Seke3 automatically emails members who haven't contributed yet.

Birthday and anniversary alerts

Seke3 can notify you when members have birthdays or membership anniversaries coming up, so you can reach out personally.

Tips

• All automated emails use your association's branding.
• You can turn any automation on or off from Settings.
