What the directory shows
The directory is a shared contact list visible to all members of your association. It shows each member's name and role, plus any contact details they've chosen to share.
Member privacy controls
Each member decides what appears in the directory:
- Appear in directory: Members can opt out entirely.
- Show email: Toggle whether their email is visible.
- Show phone: Toggle whether their phone number is visible.
As an admin
- You can see all members regardless of their privacy settings.
- You can update a member's directory preferences from their profile if needed.
- The directory is found under Directory in the sidebar.
Tips
- Encourage members to keep their contact info visible so others can reach them.
- The directory respects each member's choices, so you don't need to manage permissions manually.
