Invite members to join

Overview

Members join your association in two ways: you invite them by email, or they enter your association code on the Join page.

Invite by email

1. Go to Members in the sidebar.
2. Click Add Member.
3. Enter the member's name, email, and phone.
4. Click Save. Seke3 sends a branded invitation email with your association name and join code.
5. The invitee registers, enters the code, and appears in your member list.

Share your join code

1. Go to Settings to find your association code.
2. Share the code via text, WhatsApp, or your community group.
3. Members sign up at seke3.com, go to Join an Association, and enter the code.

Bulk import

1. On the Members page, click Import.
2. Upload a CSV or Excel file with columns for first name, last name, email, and phone.
3. Review the preview and confirm. Seke3 creates all the member records at once.
